Directions from Northbound on I-15
Heading north on I-15, take the Clark Street Exit (Exit 69). At the stoplight turn left onto Center Street. Get into the right-hand lane, heading west through the second light. Center Street will eventually turn into Clark Street, which is a one-way street. You will need to be in the left hand lane. Turn left at the next stoplight, onto 15th Street. This is approximately one mile from Exit 69. You will now be heading south on 15th Street, which turns into Memorial Drive. Travel south 0.4 miles to Portneuf Medical Center - West Campus, on the right side of the street.
Directions from Southbound on I-15
Heading south on I-15, go past the I-15 and I-86 interchange. Take the Clark Street Exit (Exit 69) and merge to the right. Heading west on Clark Street (a one-way street), move into the left-hand lane. Turn left at the first stoplight on 15th Street. This is approximately 0.8 miles from the Clark Street Exit. You will now be heading south on 15th Street, which turns into Memorial Drive. Travel south 0.4 miles to Portneuf Medical Center - West Campus, on the right side of the street.
