Interpretation Services

The PMC Case Management Services department provides interpretation services to meet the needs of patients and families with communication limitations.

The department has provided interpretations in 69 languages. In addition, departmental staff coordinates translations in various languages, including Braille, and can arrange for audiocassette transcriptions.

PMC provides interpreters at no charge upon request for patients who do not speak English or have limited English proficiency and for those who are deaf, hard of hearing, or deaf-blind. For more information please call (208) 239-1105.
