• Portneuf LifeFlight covers medically necessary emergency transport by our helicopter or fixed-wing aircraft to anywhere in the United States.



• Members will not incur out-of-pocket expenses for medically necessary flights if flown by Portneuf LifeFlight or our medical transport partners in Idaho, Oregon, California, Nevada, Washington and Wyoming.



• A $50 membership covers you, your spouse and dependent children. (As long as they are 23 years of age or younger and you can claim them on your tax return.)



• As a Portneuf LifeFlight member, you will recieve the same benefits if you need to be transported by one of our air transport partners in Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, Wyoming, or California.



• Membership fees provide direct support to the Lifeflight program, which helps keep us in the sky, assisting those in need.
