Portneuf LifeFlight Membership Nobody ever plans to fly with us, but when an emergency strikes, they are glad we’re here. This year plan for the unexpected and give the gift of LifeFlight. Insurance very rarely covers the entire cost for LifeFlight’s service. A typical LifeFlight bill is about $4,500. A $50 annual family membership means you pay no out-of-pocket expense; you pay no deductible. A membership covers a family/household member (husband, wife) and unmarried children under the age of 23; or if you can claim them as dependants on your federal income taxes.
