Patients are always welcome to share their thoughts and concerns with any attending staff the moment a problem
arises; however, we understand that sometimes this may be difficult for patients and their families. Jessica McAleese,
our full-time Patient Advocate is here to help. During your stay at Portneuf Medical Center, Jessica might visit you in
person, and we encourage you to share your thoughts with her.Portneuf Medical Center’s Patient Advocacy Program is an important aspect of patient satisfaction and contributes to our goal of world-class customer service and patient care. From compliments about your care to any concerns or needs that are not being met, please feel free to call Jessica at 239-1152.
