Physical Therapy
Physical therapists address the physical and environmental aspects of disability. They train patients in the skills needed to recover lost function and increase independence.
At Portneuf Medical Center's Physical Medicine outpatient clinic, physical therapists manage all ages of patients with a wide variety of medical conditions. The ultimate goal is to improve physical function, prevent the progression of impairments, address functional limitations and dysfunction, and improve a patient’s quality of life.
